Especially evident of the ESA limiting states' rights is in Idaho where the Wolf is a killing machine of elk/deer/cattle and hands are tied to do anything about it when they should be managed like any other predator. By the time the Fed Gov does a "study" to determine if it would be reasonable to have a controlling hunt of wolves, it will be too late for many elk herds now in danger. AMEN!
