At the Sweetwater County Commissioners meeting on 1/18/2010, the commissioners confirmed that they had received the injunction that was filed regarding the contested appointment of Don VanMatre to the commission in December. According to Chairman Johnson, the commission would not oppose the lawsuit and that they would let the legal process go forward and accept the courts judgment.
