Former Vice President Al Gore declared that the Congressional climate bill will help bring about “global governance.”

“I bring you good news from the U.S., “Gore said on July 7, 2009 in Oxford at the Smith School World Forum on Enterprise and the Environment, sponsored by UK Times.

“Just two weeks ago, the House of Representatives passed the Waxman-Markey climate bill,” Gore said, noting it was “very much a step in the right direction.” President Obama has pushed for the passage of the bill in the Senate and attended a G8 summit this week where he agreed to attempt to keep the Earth’s temperatures from rising more than 2 degrees C.

Gore touted the Congressional climate bill, claiming it “will dramatically increase the prospects for success” in combating what he sees as the “crisis” of man-made global warming.

This is an article on WorldNetDaily about the new world cooling trends. I’m sure the Socio(Environmenta)lists will spin it to look like some sort of tragedy, but in my opinion it is further evidence that prior warming was part of a natural cycle that happens with or without human involvement or interference.

WASHINGTON – This may come as bad news for Al Gore.

The modest global warming trend has stopped – maybe even reversed itself.

And it’s not just the record low temperatures experienced in much of the world this winter.

For at least the last five years, global temperatures have been falling, according to tracking performed by Roy Spencer, the climatologist formerly of NASA.

“Global warming” was going to bring more and more horrific hurricanes, climate change scientists and the politicians who subscribed to their theories said. But since 2005, only one major hurricane has struck North America.

Socialism and environmentalism have crashed together to form a new creature I like to call socia(environmenta)lism. It’s roots lay deep in the socialist belief that all people are equal except for the few elite that are graced by themselves (since most of them don’t believe in God) and fertilized by the narrow environmentalist belief that man is the only animal who shouldn’t shape its environment to for its own benefit. The ultimate goal of this combined ‘ism’ is complete dominance over the everyday lives of all of us lesser beings.

Given the direction that both of these individual philosophies would take us in, it is a scary proposition that they have combined under the infinite wisdom of Al Gore to create a mass paranoia that has sucked in almost all the major news agencies, most of Hollywood’s soapbox politicians, and the majority of the one=world-government-under-us United Nations elitists. Never mind that socialism has failed over and over again. Never mind that man made global warming is scientific balderdash.

The government has fallen into the quagmire of socia(environmenta)lism and has slowly been chipping away at our individual rights, moving us away from capitalism and democracy and toward socialism using environmentalism as the tool of choice. Even the more conservative leaders of our country have fallen victim of this decades long appropriation of our common sense and freedom. President Bush has ‘admitted’ to man made global warming, and republican presidential nominee Senator John McCain has proposed what amounts to a socializing of the home mortgage system via simple forms to be filled out at the post office.

We are close to the brink of losing what this country stands for, and we all need to open our eyes to the direction we are heading. We are about to lose our freedoms of economic and environmental choice, and we are about to turn them over to the intellectual elitists like Al Gore.

         Okay, let me make something very clear to everybody.  Global Warming, as sold by Al Gore and his merry band of idiots, is bunk.  Pure, unadulterated, male bovine excrement (with all that nasty, ozone-busting, planet-warming methane and CO² intact).  There’s no such valid argument as “consensus science” because that is, in fact, politics!  In addition, science and politics are not just strange bedfellows; they are a crime against nature (literally). 

        There are just over six billion humans on this planet, and there is no way in heaven or earth that human activities can materially affect a biosphere of several billion cubic miles of atmosphere.

        All we hear from the Goreophiles (Goreites?  Goreinians?  Gore-ing {see also: Bore-ing} People?) is that there will be nothing but catastrophe and calamity and other bad things that start with “c.”  Great floods that will raise the level of the seas, cities underwater, dustbowl conditions (oh, by the bye, did George W. Bush cause the dustbowl in the 1930s?  Just checking.) and all manner of other awful things will befall us because rep/con/tairs drive SUVs and fly coach.  Oddly enough, when lib/dem/soc/commies drive in limos and fly private jets, this has no negative impact on the world.
